In this American Red Cross certification course, students will learn how to identify and respond to a verity of adult emergencies including sudden cardiac arrest, chocking, and environmental emergencies along others. Students will learn how to recognize scene safety and gain skills in chest compressions, rescue breathing and AED use. Students will leave class with the skills and confidence needed to assist their community in an opioid emergency.

This is a blended course, students are required to complete all online training prior to attending class

This course us taught by Robert Henderson, a former Firefighter/EMT/ EMS Instructor, Underwater Search and Rescue SCUBA Diver and current Emergency preparedness Amature Radio Operator
