Hands-only CPR is simple to learn and easy to perform. Open to students of any age, participants will learn how to recognize a cardiac emergency and deliver quality chest compressions. Students will earn a certificate rather than a certification. This class is not intended to meet workplace requirements

n this American Red Cross Adult CPR/ AED class, students will learn to recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. Students will learn to perform chest compressions, deliver rescue breaths, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Certifications are issued through the American Red Cross, are valid for two years, and meet OSHA standards and requirements.

This course covers First Aid and CPR techniques for both adults and pediatrics, including the use of rescue breaths and barrier devices, as well as instruction on using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will engage in hands-on training with realistic CPR mannequins and AEDs. Upon completion, students will receive certification valid for two years, issued by the American Red Cross.

The 2021 Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults children and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.
